Les applications DrumSmetronome (métronome et coach de tempo) et COACH (entraînement aux rudiments de batterie) sont éditées par Denis Simon (Drums Evolution). Cette page explique comment elles traitent tes données.
EN RÉSUMÉ : nous ne collectons aucune donnée personnelle. Rien ne quitte ton iPhone.
1. DONNÉES COLLECTÉES
Aucune. Les applications :
• ne demandent aucun compte, aucun identifiant, aucun mot de passe ;
• n'envoient aucune donnée à un serveur : elles n'effectuent aucune requête réseau ;
• n'utilisent aucun outil d'analyse ou de mesure d'audience ;
• n'affichent aucune publicité et ne comportent aucun achat intégré ;
• ne t'identifient pas et ne te suivent pas, ni dans l'application ni entre les applications ;
• n'accèdent ni à ton micro, ni à ta caméra, ni à tes contacts, ni à ta localisation, ni à tes photos.
2. DONNÉES ENREGISTRÉES SUR TON APPAREIL
Pour fonctionner, les applications gardent uniquement sur ton iPhone :
• DrumSmetronome : tes réglages (tempo, signature, subdivision, accent) et tes mémoires SETLIST ;
• COACH : ta progression (rudiments réussis, étoiles, récompenses, vitesses cochées) et ton choix gaucher ou droitier.
Ces informations restent stockées localement sur ton appareil (stockage interne de l'application). Nous n'y avons pas accès. Elles sont supprimées si tu désinstalles l'application.
3. CAPTEURS DE MOUVEMENT
COACH utilise le capteur de mouvement de l'iPhone uniquement pour de petits effets visuels (reflets qui suivent l'inclinaison, jeu avec les étoiles). Ces informations sont utilisées en direct dans l'application, ne sont ni enregistrées ni transmises, et ne nécessitent aucune autorisation particulière.
4. PARTAGE AVEC DES TIERS
Aucune donnée n'étant collectée, aucune donnée n'est vendue, partagée ou transmise à des tiers.
5. ENFANTS
Les applications ne collectent aucune donnée, y compris auprès des enfants.
6. TES DROITS
Comme nous ne détenons aucune donnée te concernant, il n'y a rien à consulter, corriger ou supprimer de notre côté. Tu peux effacer les données locales à tout moment en désinstallant l'application. Pour toute question relative à tes données personnelles (y compris au titre du RGPD), tu peux nous écrire à l'adresse ci-dessous.
7. MODIFICATIONS
Si cette politique change, la nouvelle version sera publiée sur cette page avec une nouvelle date de mise à jour.

The apps DrumSmetronome (metronome and tempo coach) and COACH (drum rudiment training) are published by Denis Simon (Drums Evolution). This page explains how they handle your data.
IN SHORT: we do not collect any personal data. Nothing leaves your iPhone.
1. DATA WE COLLECT
None. The apps:
• do not require an account, identifier or password;
• do not send any data to a server: they make no network requests;
• use no analytics or audience-measurement tools;
• show no advertising and contain no in-app purchases;
• do not identify or track you, neither within the app nor across other apps;
• do not access your microphone, camera, contacts, location or photos.
2. DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
To work properly, the apps keep the following only on your iPhone:
• DrumSmetronome: your settings (tempo, time signature, subdivision, accent) and your SETLIST memories;
• COACH: your progress (completed rudiments, stars, rewards, checked tempos) and your left- or right-handed choice.
This information stays stored locally on your device (the app's internal storage). We have no access to it. It is deleted if you uninstall the app.
3. MOTION SENSORS
COACH uses the iPhone's motion sensor only for small visual effects (highlights that follow the tilt of the phone, a game with the stars). This information is used live inside the app, is neither stored nor transmitted, and requires no special permission.
4. SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
Since no data is collected, no data is sold, shared with, or transmitted to third parties.
5. CHILDREN
The apps do not collect any data, including from children.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You can erase the local data at any time by uninstalling the app. For any question about your personal data (including under the GDPR), you can write to us at the address below.
7. CHANGES
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new update date.
